I’ve been hanging around the disability sector for 10+ years, and somewhere along the way I realised I’d found the work that makes my brain
I LOVE the complex stuff. The problem solving. The advocacy. The “okayyyy… this is a bit of a mess, but let’s figure out what we can actually do” conversations.
And thus… was born
I’m neurodivergent myself, hence the name, so you won’t find a super clinical, one-size-fits-all approach here.
Different brains need different things; different communication, different systems, different ways of getting things done... and that’s completely okay.
My job isn’t to swoop in and take over your life.
It’s to help you understand your NDIS plan, know your options, build a team that actually works for you and assist you to feel a little less overwhelmed by all the NDIS-y things.
I’m big on choice and control, honest conversations, realistic expectations and actually listening to what YOU want.
Will I promise I can magically fix everything? Nope..... Will I advocate, ask questions, chase things up, think outside the box when we need to and probably create a colour-coded system somewhere along the way?
ABSOLUTLEY!
Support Coordination doesn’t need to feel cold, clinical or intimidating.
Sometimes it just needs a little more human… and maybe a little more spice!
My name is Jacinta, but everyone calls me J
Hey, I'm J!

J's Philosophy
I’m a big believer that you are the expert in your own life... full stop!
I might know the NDIS, the systems and who to call when things get a little spicy 🌶️, but my job isn’t to swoop in and take over.
I’m here to give you the knowledge, tools and support to make your own calls, back yourself and know your rights.
I’ll ask questions, challenge things when they don’t feel right and advocate alongside you!
Because good Support Coordination isn’t about needing me forever... it’s about feeling more confident doing life your way ✨

What people say about J

"Many NDIS Service providers claim to understand autism or ADHD, but Jacinta's authentic approach truly demonstrates a genuine understanding that builds trust and warmth.
What stood out for me was her strong commitment to working towards the best possible outcomes for participants, her understanding that different approaches work best for different people, her passion, openness, transparency, love of lifelong learning, and her authenticity.
Yes, there were a lot of great things that really stood out!"

"What stood out during our conversation wasn't the new ABN, website or business name.
It was why she's doing it.
Jacinta has worked around providers where she didn't always agree with how things were being done.
Rather than simply accepting it, she became increasingly passionate about advocating for participants.
Sometimes that means having uncomfortable conversations.
Sometimes it means challenging another provider."
