Conflict of Interest Policy
👀 I SPOT IT
Actual, potential or perceived conflicts are identified, not ignored.
The short version?
I work with both participants and providers. Sometimes those worlds overlap. My responsibility is to make sure my business relationships never get in the way of a participant’s choice, control or best interests.
Keeping things transparent, ethical & human!
Participants > Business relationships. ALWAYS!
I may work with providers through BDM, consulting, networking or subcontracting arrangements.
That does not mean those providers automatically receive referrals, recommendations or access to participants.
No kickbacks. No sneaky steering. No “I know a guy” referrals dressed up as participant choice.
Choice & control isn't just NDIS language around here. It's the WHOLE point. ✨

💬 I SAY IT
Relevant relationships are disclosed openly and transparently.
⚖️ I MANAGE IT
If a conflict can’t be managed ethically, I step away.

... the actual policy bits
Provider
Relationships
If I have a relevant financial, consulting, subcontracting or professional relationship with a provider, I will disclose and manage it appropriately.
Gifts
&
Incentives
I do not accept commissions, kickbacks or referral incentives for directing participants to providers.
Participant
Choice
Participants decide who they work with. My role is to provide information and support informed decision-making, not make the decision for them.
Conflict
Management
Depending on the situation, I may disclose the conflict, provide alternative options, document the management strategy, separate business activities or step away entirely.
